EMPOWERING KIDS WITH MEDICAL SCIENCE
to promote lifelong health advocacy and foster positive community impact.
We are a student-focused initiative, striving to address childhood health challenges by educating and raising awareness of increasingly important conditions such as oral, cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes. We understand that as with medicine where precision and foresight are critical, our decisions today lay the foundation for a more successful tomorrow. We aim to inspire lasting change and promote wellness empowering our peers to lead healthier lives.

WHAT ARE THE GOALS FOR
MEDICAL SCIENCE KIDS?
Our goal is to raise awareness to our fellow scholars the importance of oral health and proper nutrition. We strive to establish health initiatives within our schools to focus on three major pillars of childhood health: oral, digestive and cardiovascular well-being.
MSK is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit foundation is geared for students who have a great passion for medical science and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on community health through education, advocacy, and research.
How can my kids join MSK?
Two mandatory courses must be passed.
1st semester: GastroIntestinal &
2nd semester: Nutrition.
There is a presentation required after each course.
Students who successfully meet the evaluation criteria will be formally invited to join Medical Science Kids.

GastroIntestinal System
Nutrition
Invitation
Welcome to the foundational launchpad of the Medical Science Kids curriculum! Gastrointestinal I is the mandatory first step for all incoming students, designed to transform curious minds into young medical researchers. This highly interactive, signature course dives deep into the GI tract, framing the human digestive system as an advanced biological assembly line.
This curriculum analyzes the human body as a high-efficiency biochemical refinery. Students will explore food not merely as fuel, but as a complex matrix of molecular structures. The course traces how the gastrointestinal tract’s mechanical and chemical processing units reduce carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids to their fundamental building blocks, enabling absorption into the bloodstream to sustain life.
At the end of each semester, students take an exam and deliver a presentation to all MSK members. Based on the teacher's evaluation, qualifying students will receive an invitation to join Medical Science Kids.
